Not crazy over Farrell in general, but I would be fine with that.

Haha that is pretty true. I think he fits the role better than than Ewan McGregor so I could swing either way on this. I guess the benefit with JL Dark is that it seems less about using star power to put butts in seats and more the characters and the otherworldy tone they'll go for.

I swear though, if Enchantress isn't in it I think that'll be a missed opportunity to tie it in better to the larger universe.

That'd be a pretty bone-headed move not to put her in there (assuming she's not dead or anything like that). Hell, I was thinking the main reason why she was even put into Suicde Squad was to connect her to JLD.

I can't really think of anybody else for the role off the top of my head. In fact, I really could care less who's cast in this just as long as it's good. No preference for any of the characters what so ever.

Well, I'm sure she's in Suicide Squad because her original version was a part of the team in the older comics (though obviously this version isn't part of the squad). I hope her character survives at the end and then someway gets incorporated into JLD. I imagine she's the item the SS are after and once they attain her and give her to Waller, she gives Enchantress to a trusted scientist, Anton Arcane (since the rumored castings included him) who begins using her powers to communicate with the Rot (part of the New 52 canon involving Swamp Thing). Or Jason Woodrue since he becomes the Floronic Man.
