I want to know what the Colt's balls were inflated at, because N.E. had them as low as possible. If the Colt's were on the high end and N.E. was on the low end and say the temperature had a hand in things, that could explain a lot. Both set of balls would presumably have dropped, N.E.'s would have dropped below the minimum but the Colt's would have still been fine b/c they were on the high end.
At that point I think you have to fine N.E. because they did drop below regulation, but I don't think you can do much else. I think whether it's intentional or unintentional will decide if you can label them "cheaters" for the second time.

One of the best Super Bowls I've ever seen.
New England comes out out in the first half, then Seattle ties it up right before the half. Then Seattle dominates the third quarter and most of the fourth. Down ten, N.E. has to drive down the field TWICE in the fourth to take the lead. And finally, Seattle makes one of the most spectacular plays I've ever seen in Super Bowl history, followed by one of the strangest calls ever in Super Bowl history. Interesting throughout it all, nice defense and offense from both teams, great setting, pretty good half time show, big momentum swings, and down to the wire football between the two best teams in all of football.
