I freakin hate this guy. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But he's got his head rammed so far up the pre-flashpoint dcu's ass that he doesn't even appreciate the great stuff from the new 52. And he's so dumb! He makes judgements on things he knows very little about. UGH!

I still prefer Pre Flashpoint DCU but we would have missed out on some of the best Batman stories ever of we didn't get the reboot.
I don't hate the new 52 at all but I just love the old style alot more.

SPOILER for issue 43 sort of.
I am so glad they w latent rushing into Bruce being Batman.
Nothing makes me happier than knowing Alfred finally got his way amd Bruce is living a normal life.
I hope this lasts at least a year.
Also of Bruce was healed by the chemicals after the fight with Joker does that mean Joker was as well?
I also think we will lose Alfred soon enough.
It will probably be the breaking point for Non Batman Bruce to revert to his old ways.
Loke everything will click in his head and he will be more ruthless.

It was great to see the cloning machine-thingy from Detective #27 again in #43. I absolutely love that story, and I love that Snyder and Capullo are setting it up as their true ending for the character, but that it's something that can be ignored once the duo depart, and won't affect things.

I feel a similar way about not-Bruce as I did the idea of an immortal Joker. In the isolation of just this story, it's a great concept. But it's definitely not something I want in the long-term: that this Bruce will eventually regain the mantle of Batman but really didn't experience the last six years. So, like immortal Joker, I'm sure it won't be something that lasts; the original Bruce will come back, his memories will return; there's no way DC would let them not. The question now? How they come back...

I'm really stoked for the next ish; we get to see more early Batman, and hopefully get more deets on Mr. Bloom. There's not enough of him yet for me to really like him...

When Bruce is dead and gone there will always be a Batman. Bruce is dead. At least the one we know and he doesn't need to come back any time soon.

Both Batman #50 and the final issue of Batman and Robin Eternal land around the same time, and Snyder said in a ComicBook.com interview that that's deliberate, but not because of BVS.

But issue 50 is a nice number to bring Bruce back in and it just so happens that it comes out the same month as BvS. Complete coincidence. But I'm almost certain they'll bring Bruce back to coincide with BvS releasing. It being Issue 50 is just a bonus.

Caught up on Snyder Batman.
#48's ending kills me.
Poor fucking Alfred was finally happened that Bruce was free from his life as Batman.
Him going into denial while Bruce slams the door open is just depressing but so freaking awesome.
