The kid is CGI and Maguire was way bigger. Holland is closer to Garfield but more toned. Maguire was too bulKY. The kid wasn't CGI... I don't see why you people think he was all CGI? Just the eyes and the jump was CGI. *looks at Sid's avatar* That shit it totally CGI. |

 Too Bulky and doesn't look agile whatsoever. Looks more like a Cap build than a Spidey (remember original Spidey wasn't exactly flexible either so I guess that's fine) |

Okay maybe he's similar to Garfield's build but he seems to have a wider torso... BUT IT'S PERFECT! Maybe because it shows off the muscle a little better like on the shoulders and shit. That's definitely CG, the fact that you can see his muscles (and something about the head) gives it away. Maybe it's like the BP suit where it's glossed over with CGI, but at this point it doubt it. |

Holland is a dancer, so he has good body for Spidey. Ripped enough, not too much and yet still small-ish.
I wanna see more of the suit while he is moving. My main problem with Green Lantern was when he was moving and I could see the suit not stretching and stuff. Spidey's suit does look like it's out of a comic book but I still find it way too tight on him. It looks like body paint on the shoulders and it bugs me (no pun intended). I can see the wrinkles next to his crotch so that is a good sign, it means it has movement.
As for the age, fuck it, let's just not see another origin story. And for the love of god, don't cast the entire young Hollywood...
