The utility belt and visible web shooters are the only additions I like.

But I find it funny that when Holland was announced me and Beej hated the fact we were having a young Spidey.
Now the suit is shown I have full faith in it and love everything about the suit (literally exactly how I pictured the perfect Spidey suit in my head) and James kind of dislikes it.
Can't speak for Beej really.

I'm still not thrilled that we're getting such a young Spidey and nothing about the solo flick has helped change that, but I'm warming up to the idea. I love the suit and I can't stop thinking about how great it'll look when (or if) we get a bulked up, mature Spidey, so that's gone a ways in getting me excited. I'm just afraid they're going to make him too young. He already sounds too young and I can't imagine him having much personality in his voice, although I'll admit that saying that after hearing two lines is beyond premature. Young Spidey is only fun for so long, and while Marvel has set themselves up for longevity with the character the best (and unused) stories/interactions come down the road for the character. I hope we don't have to wait too long to see that Spidey come to fruition.

Maguire was too bully. This kid is almost perfect. Also i doubt they will keep him a teenager for more than 3 movies. Also I almost garuntee that "Hey everyone" isn't what he actually says in that scene. I just hope he can act.

I don't understand why that pic Yu posted is comparing it to Macfarlene's Spidey when he wasn't the first to add a Web cartridge belt nor the first to have a round tick back and moving eyes.
Seems like he's had those since his inception.
Hell the yes are too small too even!

Can't speak for Beej really. I do not dislike the casting of Holland and Tomei, I don't dislike the direction their going, I don't even dislike the director they've chosen for the solo. I dislike the writers for the solo, I dislike the other casting choices, and I dislike the outfit. 50/50 here. I also dislike that the spider universe that can and should be built from this is being wasted on a spin-off(s) that won't be connected because Sony Pictures is made up of fucking idiots and Tom Rothman. But that's another issue that.

and to be fair I've seen it now more than I've seen any other CBM in history (except Kick-Ass) and I kind of like it.
Just not that much.

But that's another issue that. i was saying that you were hyped for a young Spidey because Ultimates or some shit and me and Beej were like "Waaaaanh I want an old 'Pider-Man cuz I can't relate 2 teens no more" Now it's almost the other way around.

Just the eyes and the jump was CGI.
