Holland is a dancer, so he has good body for Spidey. Ripped enough, not too much and yet still small-ish. I wanna see more of the suit while he is moving. My main problem with Green Lantern was when he was moving and I could see the suit not stretching and stuff. Spidey's suit does look like it's out of a comic book but I still find it way too tight on him. It looks like body paint on the shoulders and it bugs me (no pun intended). I can see the wrinkles next to his crotch so that is a good sign, it means it has movement. As for the age, [funk] it, let's just not see another origin story. And for the love of god, don't cast the entire young Hollywood... No you didn't imply a pun because a spider isn't a bug! Why not? |

Maguire could barley see out of his mask  Seemed like Garfield's TASM suit had the eyes real close together to avoid that issue, and his TASM 2 suit had eyes big enough to see out of them no matter what. |

Until I see more from the MCU suit, I'm still going to say the Raimi suit is the best. It certainly wasn't the most comic accurate, but it always looked good on screen (except for when Tobey Maguire's face pudged out of it in Spider-Man 3) and popped out at you (in a good way). TASM 2 suit looked good for the majority of the movie, but in promo shots, candids, and in "on location"/non-CGI scenes it looked off (as seen below). Plus, Garifield didn't look great in the suit. It hid his physique and kinda looked like it was too big on him in some shots, in others it looked stretched. The TASM suit looked good at times, other times it seemed to be too much. I wasn't a fan of the grime look on it, although I know it was there for a reason.  |
