So casting calls are starting to go out. Character descriptions are as below:
IRIS WEST: Iris West is described in the breakdown as having Christiane Amanpour’s brains and Carrie Bradshaw’s style. An overcaffinated doe. A reporter at The Central City Citizen. Actresses are currently testing for this part.
EOBARD THAWNE: Eobard Thawne is described in the breakdown as Central City’s Bill Gates. The smartest man in the room and he suffers from advanced degenerative disease like Stephen Hawking. Thawne is confined to a chair.
FRED CHYRE: Fred Chyre is described in the breakdown as a gruff detective who first meets Barry at the scene of a crime. Now they’re colleagues and the closest thing Barry has to a friend. Chryre is investigating the unusual death of someone at Thawne Laboratories
LEN SNART: Len Snart is described in the breakdown as being ex-military and turns out to be working for Thawne. [Ror Note: Have a feeling he is the muscle the way Anatoli Knyazev (aka the KGBEAST) was the muscle for Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice]
JAY GARRICK: Jay Garrick is described in the breakdown as being a former Central University professor who was fired for fringe science, and was working on the speed force program. Supposedly his role is just a cameo.
EDIT: This currently a rumor; however, it is confirmed that actresses are currently trying out for Iris.

Having Snart in the movie makes me somewhat excited although I doubt he will have a large presence like he does on the CW. Also, we might actually get a real fucking Jay Garrick!

That has me EXTREMELY excited. I hope Cold is just a hired Enforcer or something like they said but builds himself up as a main villain because to me he's #1 over any Reverse Flash ever could be.

I just want a Boomerang cameo, even if it's as lame as putting a picture of him in an email.

The whole wheelchair thing is odd and lame, aside from that everything else is fine.
But it's El Mayimbe so I'm not going to bank on this info by any means.

He or Hunter Zoloman was wheelchair bound in the comics or something no? I'm pretty sure it was just something created for the TV show (albeit he was given a fake name as well). Edit: Now that I think about it, Zolomon may have been cane/wheelchair bound at one point in the comics and the CW took that aspect of Zolomon and gave it to Eobard.

It sounds like the Eobard described in Mayimbe's scoop and the CW Eobard are almost mirror images of one another.

Even if he's not the main villain (which, based off of that, he seemingly would be), I'm not sure why they'd want to use him as the big bad when the TV show did it so recently, and for that matter use a near identical version of the character.

Maybe reverse flash is so fast he finds it impossible to walk or move at a normal pace. Causing him to be in a wheelchair to keep his civilian identity a secret.

Like, if you follow the traditional idea of him being the flash's biggest fan have him replicate the experiment in the future but it causes him to be too fast and he can't function as a normal person anymore fueling his rage against the flash, blaming him for his predicament.
I dunno, I think that'd be cool abd maybe make reverse flash a cool and intresting villain.

That is a cool concept though Buoy. As long as more leather outfits are involved, I'm down for anything.
