Lex somehow takes control of Supes, decides to use him to attack Wayne as he is competition and/or Wayne is funding the rebuilding of Metropolis and Lex wants total control without Wayne in the way.

Okay, so I'm assuming Alfred is talking to Bruce about him turning into an asshole. I get this from a rumor a while back about him almost killing Zsazs and stuff. And Nightwing stops him. I think it was Ehmaybe scoop, so I'm not sure.
