On a side note, have you seen some of the shit ESPN has been through this year? It's fucking crazy. It started with opening up the deflategate can of worms, they fired one of their leading reporters and really slowed down with news stories, then they came under fire with false sources for deflatgate, Adam Schefter basically called them out on their shit, and now on of their female reporters got a smack down tweet from the Redskins' GM's wife. Gotta be brutal for them.

After that ruling, the NFL's kinda outta options. You either drop it and move on to the 2015 season, or you carry baggage from last year's clusterfuck into this year's season.

Question is, how much will this distract Brady and the Patriots as the year goes on? I can't stand the Pats, and there should have been some sort of punishment like a fine, not four games (but I was illogically okay with it), but at this point enough is enough Goodell. This is good for Cincy though. Hopefully the Pats will destroy Pittsburgh in week 1.

Why Goodell wants to carry this into the rest of the season? IDK, but he's not making himself any better by doing so. This whole thing shouldn't bother them, they don't grt shaken up but outside noise. They just need to focus on their depleted secondary.

MRW I see ESPN is now editing their reporter's articles in response to the suspension nullification

"There are rumors flying around that if Geno Smith is still available at number four we're going to take him, you know what I'm saying, 100% sure we're going to scoop up Geno Smith. Uh, me personally... I DON'T WANT THE MUTHAFUKA!"

Sports Illustrated says the Ravens have the look of a champion and predicts they'll beat the Seahawks in SB 50. -_-
They also believe both Cincy and Detroit will go 6-10, the Rams will go 9-7 (while the Cardinals will finish dead last in the NFC West at 5-11), and the Colts will struggle.
Wow.

Wow. LMAO! We swept the Ravens last year. ESPN has Cincy going 10-6 or 11-5. Ravens will finish third again in the division, and they may get in by wild card. Maybe. The Colts look like they have the best offense this year, and their defense is getting better and better, so yeah, sorry if I can't take this seriously at all.

I've never taken Sports Illustrated seriously, each years they get more and more ridiculous. I figured you'd get a kick out of it too.

Lol, ESPN says deflategate (the story which they broke and they swore was 100% true) was actually just a set up by Goodell so that way he could make up for screwing up spygate (the notion that spygate was handled poorly is mind boggling in its own right). Not only that, but they've thrown in more random allegations into the mix from nearly a decade ago and they believe deflategate gave Goodell even more job security (because launching a multi million dollar investigation that ended up amounting to nothing but awful headlines and backlash was good for the league...). Meanwhile, the only actual bit of news is that Goodell is willing to give up some of his power when it comes to handing out punishments (so stuff like deflatgate could have been avoided, or at least done quickly and quietly).
ESPN has turned into a joke, which sucks because they've got some great guys there like Adam Schefter (at least he's called ESPN out on their shit when it comes to stuff like this).
