Good good. I'm gonna probably end up behind you since I'll be gone for a week from Netflix.

It's taking me forever to get through this man, some of these episodes drag on forever. That's how they should be! Each episode should feel like a full meal!

Hehe, in Season 3 one of the clone groups missions are called "THX1138" the name of Lucas' first film.

While Anakin in this is actually fine, it's a reminder of what Anakin should have been. Anakin should have been a tough, cocky, damn near perfect Jedi with unimaginable skill. He should have had a look and presense about him that made you feel like he really could lead the rebellion into victory (like the original trilogy told us), but deep down, he should have been damaged and emotionally torn about his role in the jedi order, his motives, and how he was going to live out the rest of his life. How is he going to bring peace to the galaxy? What's he going to do with Padme? How does he know he's fighting for the right thing? What's the most important thing to him; Padme or justice? He should have been perfect on the outside but crippled on the inside. And more importantly, likable. Not some whiney, stale, "I hate sand" foo shit version of the character. It's bad storytelling and poor character set up. Somehow, animated Anakin is always likable, film Anakin is not. Animated Anakin isn't perfect by any means, but the writers of the animation seemed to have a better grasp of what's right for the character than Lucas did. Granted, part of the reason why animated Anakin is more likable than the film version is because of the scripts, but nevertheless. And on a final note, not that Christensen wasn't capable of giving a good performance or a portrayal of the character like I described above, but I feel like Anakin should have been played by somebody that had a certain gravitas to them, somebody that was strong in the way that they spoke and carried themselves. Somebody like a Michael Fassbender or even Christian Bale (not saying those actors specifically, but somebody like them). I think I may write more about it in an editorial on here another day. It wasn't Hayden's fault I don't think. I think it was Lucas's since he didn't care about the performance as much as he cared for the visuals. At least that's what some of the actors said before.

Yeah, I think even the orignal SW actors talked about Lucas not really getting through them and struggled to communicate.

Anybody watch Star Wars Rebels?
I really love it.
The animation isn't as good as Clone Wars but it has character that I like more than Clone Wars did (even If it had Obi Wan.)
I hated Ashoka for so long but she eventually stopped being sickening.
I like her now that she is an adult in Rebels though.

I forgot that when they have Qui-Gon on the show he is indeed voiced by Liam Neeson.

Also, Rebels is equally awesome. Great animation and story, season 2 looks even better.
